Some human studies
CJC-1295
Long-acting GHRH analogue · Growth hormone · With DAC (long-acting)
What it is
A modified growth hormone-releasing hormone. The "DAC" part lets it attach to proteins in the blood, so it lasts for days instead of minutes.
What research covers
Small human studies in 2006 found a single injection raised growth hormone and IGF-1 levels for up to two weeks. Development did not lead to an approved medicine.
Reported side effects
- Injection-site reactions
- Flushing
- Fluid retention
- Higher blood sugar
Not suitable for, or talk to a doctor first
- Active cancer
- Pregnancy
- Diabetes without medical supervision
Good to know
- "With DAC" and "without DAC" (Mod GRF 1-29) are different products that behave very differently. Check which one you have.
